Job Description & Summary
PwC Dhahran are looking for individuals to join our rapidly developing Assurance practice, at Manager or Senior Manager level, who have a minimum of 3 years experience of operating at this level in their home country in the Oil and Gas industry, primarily Upstream.
As a Senior Manager, you ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• You will have a key management role on audit assignments where you will utilise and further develop your knowledge and skills.
• You will gain exposure to working on a wide variety of client issues on a world class client undergoing significant transformation
• You will also be involved with: training, managing and appraising staff
• You will be focused and initiative driven (required to maximise growth potential)
• You will be able to work autonomously without the need for day to day direction
Preferred skills
• ACCA / ACA / CPA qualified with broad ranging audit experience including planning, controlling and completing a diverse range of assignments
• Previous experience managing the audit of large Oil & Gas (Upstream) clients with international operations
• Ability to communicate clearly and with impact with colleagues and clients at all levels
• A proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client and team relationships
• A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering client solutions
• Strong project management skills and experience of working on large multinational group audits
• Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards is a must
Minimum years experience required
• Previous experience managing the audit of large Oil & Gas (Upstream) clients with international operations
This role will provide you with:
• Experience of working on a world class Oil & Gas client who is undergoing significant transformation
• Exposure to senior management and partners of the firm in Saudi Arabia, Middle East and Global
• Exposure to current thinking in IFRS, Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Audit Methodology
• Exposure to high profile complex and judgmental issues
