PwC s Academy is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager for their Riyadh office. The person will need to be organised and capable of maintaining focus on multiple projects at the same time. Knowledge of the Academy is preferable but not required, although the candidate will be expected to learn about these services quickly if appointed. This person will work closely with local and regional teams and perform a wide variety of operational activities including execution of budgeted programmes, scheduling and updating Administrate.
Sales Management:
• Be actively involved in selling PQ s, PD s-open and corporate
• Support personnel for customer interaction, engagement and relationship building
• Convert leads to registered students status as per the sales targets. Support from lead generation and negotiation, to closing
• Support Retail Sales
• Communicate effectively with clients / customers, ensuring minimum response times
• Updating and maintaining CRM to ensure validity and completeness
• Conduct secondary research and cold calling to build PwC s database
Operational Management:
• Manage operations related to the KSA academy, liaise with central UAE ops team to ensure best practices are adhered to
• Work with the PQ director and PD director on identifying need for courses in KSA
• Liaise with Course manager/lecturers to ensure scheduling for courses and resourcing
• Work with ops and sales support to ensure ADM is updated and maintained at all times to ensure accuracy of courses
• Work with Course administrators to manage courses and resolve issues if any
• Communicating effectively with clients / customers (internal and external), ensuring minimum response times and customer data
• Provide back end support on promotional events / career fairs.
Preferred skills
• Intermediate user of CRMs, intermediate level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with Word and Excel
• Familiarity with Administrate or other CRM platforms will be a plus
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic skills
• Excellent administrative and organisation skills
• Experience with cold calling will be preferred
• Professional yet approachable manner.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
• Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends as and when required)
Minimum years experience required
• A business graduate with at least 5 years of sales and operations experience in the professional training services.
