Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end ATM/CDM reconciliation activities according to the bank s Reconciliation and Exception Management guidelines.

Identify shortages and overages, investigate discrepancies, and prepare cases for settlement.

Reconcile all ATM and CDM-related General Ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and early detection of risk-exposed funds.

Upload GL, ODS, and EJ files into IntelliMatch and run automated matching; escalate failures immediately.

Raise shortage/overage entries for approval and track posting through the relevant teams.

Coordinate with Payments, CIT vendors, ITD, and Records Management for roll retrieval, EJ issues, and settlement updates.

Resolve ATM/CDM customer complaints through CRM, Central Bank cases, chargeback requests, and card dispute workflows.

Ensure all complaint responses meet defined turnaround times.

Provide accurate transaction details to support UAE Central Switch settlement queries.

Ensure daily RAG files are submitted for ATM and CDM reconciliation.

Monitor exceptions on IntelliMatch and escalate items according to BAU and risk thresholds.

Advise Core Processing on settlement, GL postings, and customer account adjustments.

Maintain complete and accurate documentation and reporting for audit readiness.

Identify operational risks and ensure adherence to control procedures.

Escalate high-value or time-critical exceptions in line with the escalation matrix.

Follow up on pending items and ensure accurate status updates in the reconciliation system.

Support continuity by covering additional responsibilities during staff leave or peak load days.

Provide recommendations to enhance accuracy, productivity, and cost-efficiency.

Adopt best practices for faster case closure and improved customer experience.

Support automation, process refinement, and sustainability initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business.

1 3 years banking experience, including 2 years in ATM/CDM or card reconciliation roles.

Hands-on experience with IntelliMatch or similar reconciliation systems.

Understanding of ATM/CDM GL flows, settlement processes, and dispute handling.

Strong numerical accuracy, investigative skills, and decision-making ability.

Ability to work under strict timelines with variable daily workload.

Good communication and reporting skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to operational integrity.
