Job Purpose:
Optimize ATM network performance
and handle any issues that affect network availability such as, technical
issues, cash position, and coordinate internally and externally to improve ATMs
performance and security.
Work fully within: risk policies and procedures and
all compliance regulations
Operational Support
Monitoring a network of around 250 ATMs (135 Onsite & 115
Offsite) with an average of 1 million financial transactions for the value of
KD128MM per month
Managing and monitoring of all onsite and offsite ATMs to
maximize availability and full functionality
Monitoring cash moving to K-net on daily basis from GB central
cash to security companies and record daily settlement reconciliation to keep
track of ATMs cash utilization
Co-ordinate with branches to ensure that all branches ATMs are
working in service
Assist the Rollout & Installation of New ATMs by following
the documented Processes
Communicate any new ATM installation to all stake holders such
as (CPD, CPU, Security...) to ensure smooth installation at their systems
Create CRs and NRs for TID creation and overlook the deployment
/ removal, machine preparation, branding and marketing materials
Prepare periodic reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) for
management regarding the utilization and performance of the ATM network
Evaluating the performance of ATMs, operational services and
recommending upgrades and maintenance accordingly
Monitoring critical tickets maintenance dispatch & any
network related tasks
Works closely with various related vendors, management and
branches regarding ATM maintenance
Vender Management
Process invoices received from vendor, authorize payments
after validation
Handling all offsite ATMs rent and approve the payment
co-operation with related departments
Reconcile Knet monthly invoices and vendors invoices
Development and new
Keep the bank aware of emerging technologies
Researches, analyzes and recommends enhancements to improve
performance, or to troubleshoot operational or system problems
Responsible upgrades and performance management
Optimize all Offsite ATM networks to improve CCTV view and
physical check to adhere to CBK requirements
Coordinate with IT for the monitoring of BIOS, Soiled core &
physical check
Generic accountabilities
Communicate operational procedures.
Identifying and tracking key performance indicators
Work on incoming projects / tasks upon assigned by
Corporate Governance and

Banking / Financial Services / Broking

Data Entry / Operations / Back Office Processing

Desired Candidate Profile

a) Education / Qualifications: Bachelors
degree or Equivalent experience
b) Knowledge: Good knowledge in the ATM
field/ Consumer Banking Products and Customer segments. Analysis of all Sales
related activities
c) Experience : 2-3 years of experience in
