Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
- Perform oil and filter changes efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
- Upsell additional services and products, like air filters or wiper blades, based on vehicle needs and customer preferences.
- Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance needs, such as tire pressure and fluid levels, and report findings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service bay and customer waiting area.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, providing receipts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification
- Completion of Secondary Education
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Oil Change
- Knowledge of English and Arabic
