About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated AV/Production Intern to support daily audiovisual operations, studio sessions, livestream events, and content production within the Dubai Experience Centre.

This is a technical and creative role that offers exposure to professional AV production, livestreaming and digital storytelling in a high-energy, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will assist with setup and execution of livestreams, video shoots, testimonials, and internal events - working alongside the AV Production lead and the wider Experience Centre team.

This internship is ideal for a media-savvy student or recent graduate looking to build a strong portfolio and gain real-world experience in a professional innovation space.

Key Responsibilities

AV & Production Support

  • Assist in setting up and operating livestreams, virtual events and hybrid workshops
  • Support PwC Studio sessions including interviews, video testimonials and internal recordings
  • Help manage lighting, camera and sound setup for in-house production
  • Provide basic troubleshooting during events and recordings
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage and content for internal comms and social media use

Content Creation & Post-Production

  • Assist in editing raw footage for short videos, testimonials and event recaps if needed
  • Organize and archive AV content, project files and digital assets and share them with clients
  • Contribute to visual storytelling efforts by supporting the creative and digital teams within the Experience Centre

Operational & Technical Support

  • Maintain equipment inventory and readiness of AV tools (cameras, mics, lights, tripods, etc.)
  • Participate in pre-event testing, equipment checks, and run-throughs
  • Support Centre tours, workshops and immersive sessions from a technical lens

Candidate Profile

We re looking for a proactive and creative intern who is passionate about video production and eager to contribute to a high-impact team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Media Production, Digital Communication, Broadcast Technology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with AV tools and production workflows (e.g., DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio equipment, basic lighting)
  • Some experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) is a plus
  • Interest in livestreaming platforms (e.g. OBS, vMix, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
