Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for hearing and balance disorders.
• Fit, adjust, and maintain hearing aids and other auditory devices.
• Educate patients and their families on hearing loss, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in audiology and auditory technology.
• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about hearing health.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice audiology.
• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical audiology setting.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using audiometric equipment and software.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
