Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial statement analysis, scrutinizing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, identifying potential areas of risk or inefficiency.
- Perform in-depth reviews of commercial contracts, evaluating pricing models, revenue recognition, and adherence to agreed-upon terms, maximizing revenue assurance.
- Develop and execute audit plans tailored to commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and distribution, to assess internal controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate and analyze variances in commercial performance metrics, such as sales figures, gross margins, and customer acquisition costs, to uncover underlying drivers and trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Contribute to efficient procurement, contract management, and compliance to enhance the center's ability to manage capital projects and government contracts successfully.
- Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of procurement processes, vendor selection, contract formation, and contract management.
- Evaluate compliance with financial regulations, government mandates, and industry standards in procurement and contract activities.
- Identify financial risks and potential non-compliance in procurement and contracts, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyze contracts for compliance with legal requirements, government regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve procurement and contract processes, enhance compliance, and increase financial efficiency.
