Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned auto loan sales targets and contribute to customer base growth.
- Promote FAB s auto loan products across designated markets, locations, and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Assist in promotional activities including roadshows, sales events, and customer meetings.
- Ensure all submitted loan applications and documents are complete, accurate, and error-free.
- Follow up on approved applications with pending discrepancies as per deferral guidelines.
- Maintain strong knowledge of FAB retail products and provide accurate product information to customers.
- Demonstrate proactive customer engagement and uphold FAB s customer-obsessed culture.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma required; bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields preferred.
- One to two years of experience in selling auto loan products or retail banking solutions.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet ambitious targets.
- Good understanding of retail banking products and competitive market offerings.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Multicultural awareness and ability to engage diverse customer segments.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in handling applications and documentation.
