Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns

• Prepare job cards, Estimation and explain repair work

• Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repair

• Provide repair estimates and service recommendations

• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years' experience as an automotive service advisor

• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle job cards, estimates, and invoicing

• Experience with multi-brand vehicles is an advantage
