Job Description :
Prepare service estimates, sells routine maintenance/repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquiries.
Perform opening and closing responsibilities.
Schedule appointments, answer phones and collects funds for services performed.
Assist with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle, etc.
Responsible to balance customer needs and operational efficiency targets.
Promote maximum engagement, high performance, trust, and professionalism.
Analytical and conceptual thinking using logic and reason, creative and strategic.
Excellent Communication skills interpersonal, presentation and written.
Influencing and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership experience in coaching, developing and mentoring large staffs.
Experience in Operations required.
Strong evidence of customer focus.
Advanced knowledge of automotive products and services preferred.
Experience in leading multi-functional teams, managing daily operations, employee development, capacity planning, strategic goal attainment, and budget management.
Graduate/Diploma with minimum 4 years of work experience in German cars.
