Job Description – AutoCAD Draftsman & Site Supervisor (GRC & GRP) Position: AutoCAD Draftsman & Site Supervisor Location: Ajman, UAE Industry: GRC & GRP Manufacturing & Installation Responsibilities: Prepare accurate 2D/3D shop drawings and production drawings for GRC & GRP products. Review architectural & structural drawings and convert them into manufacturing/installation-ready details. Coordinate with engineers, production team, and project managers for drawing approvals. Supervise site installation of GRC & GRP elements ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution. Manage and guide site workers and subcontractors effectively. Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress reports. Maintain drawing records, revisions, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Troubleshoot site-related issues and provide technical support and quantity survey and BOQ preparation Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards at all times. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture/Mechanical or related field. 3–5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and/or site supervision (preferably in GRC/GRP or construction industry). Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Office. Good knowledge of architectural & structural drawings. Strong site management, leadership, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects. Good communication in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
