Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software based on project specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
  • Review and revise designs based on feedback, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including design reports, specifications, and construction drawings.
  • Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess conditions for accurate drafting.
  • Utilize 3D modeling and visualization techniques to enhance presentations and client understandings.
  • Ensure that all drawings are properly labeled, organized, and stored for easy access and reference.
  • Assist in the development of project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD features and advancements to improve drafting efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior draughtsmen and other team members as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required for a Construction Company


- Diploma in Civil or MEP Engineering/ Draughting.

- Minimum 5 years gulf experience in Civil, Structural, MEP & Interior Works.

- Fluent in English.
