Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed mechanical drawings using AutoCAD software, ensuring precision in dimensions and tolerances.
  • Collaborate with engineers to interpret design specifications and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
  • Conduct regular design reviews to identify and resolve potential discrepancies in mechanical layouts and assemblies.
  • Maintain organized documentation of design changes and revisions to facilitate efficient project tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational understanding.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting or design within a relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with other CAD software such as SolidWorks or Inventor is essential.
  • Certification in AutoCAD or related mechanical drafting courses will enhance a candidate's profile.
