Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations, documenting all work performed and parts used.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues in automatic gate systems, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Install new gate systems, including wiring, motor placement, and sensor calibration, adhering to safety codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and offering recommendations for system improvements.
