About the Role Bytezera is a technology consulting firm specialising in cloud, data, automation, and digital transformation. We deliver modern solutions and connect expert talent with leading enterprises. Bytezera is recruiting a Automation Lead for our client, to drive organisation-wide automation and low-code initiatives.
What You’ll Do • Architect and deliver automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse. • Define and implement Power Platform governance, standards, and environment strategy. • Lead system integration across ERP, CRM, Azure, and enterprise applications using Dataverse and connectors. • Manage end-to-end automation delivery from design to production deployment. • Guide low-code development teams, review solutions, and ensure technical quality. • Partner with business teams to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions. • Support AI-driven automation using Copilot Studio and new Power Platform features. • Drive continuous improvement, reusability, and platform adoption.
Desired Candidate Profile
What You’ll Bring • 10+ years in application development and 5+ years leading Power Platform solutions. • Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio. • Knowledge of governance models, solution design standards, and CoE practices. • Hands-on integration experience with SharePoint, Azure, SQL, and enterprise systems. • Proficiency in PowerFX, SQL, and scripting for automation workflows. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Preferred certifications: PL-600, PL-400, PL-200, PL-900.
