Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of automation technicians, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Operations) to identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess automation effectiveness and identify areas for optimization and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards within the automated systems and operational areas.
- Proactively troubleshoot automation system malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement effective, preventative solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Displays exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex automation issues.
- Showcases excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using data to drive automation improvements.
- Is fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
