Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, and engine tuning.
Diagnose engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and braking system issues.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults accurately.
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and ensure vehicle reliability.
Test vehicles after repairs to ensure issues are resolved.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Follow safety standards and workshop procedures at all times.
Coordinate with service advisors and supervisors on repair requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an automobile mechanic.
Experience working with passenger vehicles / commercial vehicles (specify if required).
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
Valid driving license is an advantage
