Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their service requirements
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle servicing
Prepare estimates, explain repairs, and provide service updates
Maintain excellent customer relationships and service records
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ English Fluency Mandatory
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
