Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop team.
- Greet customers, understand their service requirements, and record job details accurately.
- Prepare and issue repair orders, estimates, and invoices in coordination with workshop staff.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Keep customers informed about job progress, additional repairs, and expected delivery times.
- Provide honest and transparent service recommendations to customers.
- Inspect vehicles with customers during both check-in and delivery to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback, warranty claims, and service follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience consistent with Liberty Car Care’s brand values.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical issues clearly and confidently to customers.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, professional, and approachable attitude.
- Confident, persuasive, and empathetic when handling customer concerns or complaints.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple service jobs and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Team player who collaborates well with technicians, reception, and management.
- Skilled in upselling and promoting services while maintaining transparency and customer trust.
- Presentable, courteous, and committed to upholding Liberty Car Care’s service standards.
- Preferably experienced within the UAE automotive service industry.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance procedures, and service workflows.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
