Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical execution: Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of AV equipment, including projectors, control systems, and video conferencing equipment.Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation or post-project, both on-site and through remote support.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, such as test reports, as-built drawings, and user manuals.

  • Client and team collaboration: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other internal teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.

  • Training and support: Train end-users on how to use the installed systems and provide ongoing technical support.

  • Safety and quality assurance: Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner and meets the project's quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of AV technologies, including audio, video, control systems, and IT networking. Experience with specific systems like Crestron, Extron, or Biamp is often required.

  • Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and resources effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with different teams and clients.

  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and solve technical challenges.

  • Provide Annual Maintenance support.
