Job Description
Role Purpose:
To handle day to day aviation consumer complaints under the direct supervision of Aviation Consumer Protection Manager. And maintain a consumer/service provider database, Respond, follow up and ensure constant communication internal/external with regards to complaints and suggestions based on the set of rules and regulations as well as best practices. Manage and Present reports related to e-complaints and e-suggestions on a monthly basis. Run annual surveys to determine gaps and level of services provided by DCAA and how to improve such services. Also assist in the development of Dubai Government complaint system for better management of complaints and participate in the development of procedures for the same.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Handel complaints/suggestions in a professional and timely manner using emails/phone calls and the assigned CPU management system.
2.Communicate with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis and maintain a record of their contacts.
3.Respond and follow up with consumer complaints while ensuring process consistency.
4.Produce weekly report on complaints/suggestions to Aviation Consumer Protection Manager.
5.Study/compare and benchmark best practices on Aviation Consumer Protection.
6.Implement the necessary coordination and communication for a successful awareness campaign.
7.Maintain electronic filling records of related rules, regulations, process and procedures in a systematic manner for quick referencing.
8.Execute awareness campaign for Aviation Consumer and general public.
9.Encourage and educate DCAA staff on complaints/suggestions schemes.Role Purpose:

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications
Academic Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma
- Bachelor s degree in Aviation or Business Administration is preferred.
Certifications:
- Civil Aviation Operation
- Basic Civil Aviation Law
Professional Experience:
- (3) years working experience in Customer services and Customer Complains.
