Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise the workflow efficiently with the resources available without compromising on the risk and services.

Provide suggestions for improvement to increase the quality and efficiency of tasks handled resulting in utmost satisfaction to our customers (internal and external).

Record all cases handled at Investigation centre in accordance with service delivery.

Maintain MIS.

SLAs and TATs are adhered to at all times. Communicate with Branches/ Business Units if any exceptions are come across.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification
University Degree in Business Administration & Finance

Minimum Experience
5 years relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 3 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the operations.
