Roles & Responsibilities
You will:
- Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan strengthen and expand Mondel z International s position with and assigned customer by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans
- Responsible for the coordination between the customer and Mondel z International internal functions
- Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility
- Build and develop strong category partnerships
- Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, Assortment management, Forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function
- Together with cross functional colleagues evaluate, plan & execute appropriate promotional and in store visibility
- Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments

The Away From Home (AFH) Channel Manager is responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies within the AFH channel (e.g., foodservice, hospitality, convenience stores) to drive revenue growth and market share for our products. This role involves managing relationships with key distributors and operators, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing marketing and sales programs tailored to the unique needs of the AFH channel.

Develop and implement annual commercial plans for the assigned AFH segment, aligned with overall company objectives./p>

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and developing relationships with potential customers./p>

Manage and support distributor sales teams to drive product distribution and sales execution./p>

Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute channel-specific marketing programs, promotions, and events./p>

Ensure effective communication of marketing initiatives to distributors and operators./p>

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, making adjustments as needed./p>

Manage the AFH channel budget for assigned area of responsibility./p>
