Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex Azure infrastructure issues, including networking, compute, storage, and databases, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Provide expert-level support for Azure services, resolving customer incidents and ensuring minimal service disruption through effective problem-solving.
- Proactively identify and address potential problems in customer environments, offering recommendations for optimization and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve critical issues, contributing to the development of long-term solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possess certifications like Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, demonstrating Azure expertise.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT support or cloud-related roles, specifically with Azure.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and troubleshooting complex cloud infrastructure environments.
