Roles & Responsibilities
Your mission
As a B2B sales trainer, you will ensure customer satisfaction through the following missions:
- Participate in the development of the existing or potential client portfolio
- To develop and adapt commercial offers according to the needs/expectations of each sector of activity.
- Training and support throughout the sales process (lead generation, prospect qualification, opportunity identification, closing)
- Assessing knowledge acquisition at the end of vocational training: creating quizzes, analyzing results
- Conduct assessments/checks with appropriate reports
- Keeping the field informed of new developments and/or changes to clients as they occur
- Identify training needs and propose appropriate actions

Desired Candidate Profile
You have a proven track record as a BtoB trainer (ideally in the telecom sector)
- You have a perfect command of written and spoken French.
- You have a perfect command of B2B sales and negotiation techniques
- You are a teacher
- You are known for your adaptability and creativity.
- You are proficient in using computer tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- You are known for your interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is an asset
