Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability of backend services.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard data and application integrity.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the backend infrastructure.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed to enhance product functionality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform backend architecture decisions.

Skills:

• Proven expertise in at least one backend programming language such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid (remote and on-site) environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
