Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong Java expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications in an Agile environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of backend experience

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Quarkus)

  • Design and build REST APIs & Microservices

  • Work on Docker containerization and cloud-native deployments

  • Implement Kafka-based messaging and event-driven architecture

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams

  • Ensure secure coding, performance optimization & troubleshooting

  • Contribute to system design, user story breakdown & technical documentation

  • Hands-on experience with container orchestration, deployment, scaling, and management of Java applications. deployment configs, and routing configurations.

  • Strong understanding of microservices design principles, patterns (e.g., Circuit Breaker, API Gateway), and implementation

  • Good to have experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Tekton, GitLab), automated testing, and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk)
