Job Designation: Banking Consultant

Shuraa is looking for a dynamic Banking Consultant to join. The ideal candidate should be an experienced and well-organized banking professional. The objective of this role is to provide premium consulting service to the client, advising and assisting them in obtaining Corporate Bank Account/ SME Accounts as well as give expert advice to help client meet their mortgage needs. The role entails a fixed salary & attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibility:

• Advise and recommend clients regarding various compliance policies, KYC documentation and suggesting the suitable one.

• Communicating with different banks and dealing with end-to-end bank account opening for client.

• Conduct meetings with clients to develop an understanding of their business and consult them through all corporate banking decisions.

• Ensure that accurate documentation is submitted and in a timely manner

• Provide high quality professional independent mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available

• Sourcing and selling of business finance to the potential client, generating leads from existing clients and maintaining a long-term relation with them.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a Business Banking Consultant, Banking Advisor, or similar role

• Preference to candidates from a consultancy/ financial advisory background.

• Strong analytical ability and numerical skill.

• Candidate must hold bachelor’s degree

• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking ability.

• Extensive knowledge on the Central Bank regulations on Mortgage provision in UAE Resident/Non- Residents/Off Plan/Completed Properties.

• Excels working under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fastpaced environment.
