As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead the team in creating memorable moments for every guest, ensuring that service is refined, engaging, and consistently aligned with our standards of luxury.

What will I be doing?

As Bar Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to luxury standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team to deliver personalized and professional service.
• Oversee beverage preparation, presentation, and quality, ensuring consistency in line with brand expectations.
• Support the creation and implementation of beverage menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all bar operations.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints with discretion, ensuring satisfaction.
• Train team members on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the Food & Beverage division.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury bar or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering engaging guest experiences.
