Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform precision haircuts and shaves, staying updated on the latest styles and trends to meet diverse client needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, offering expert advice on styles, products, and grooming techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Utilize high-quality tools and products, ensuring they are well-maintained and sanitized for each client session.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Valid barbering license or certification from an accredited institution is essential for legal practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a barbershop or salon environment, showcasing a strong client base.
- Proficiency in a variety of cutting techniques, including fades, undercuts, and traditional styles, is a must.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage clients and handle feedback gracefully.
