Job Purpose:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Barista to join our luxury hotel team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, guest experience, and delivering exceptional service in an elegant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages to the highest standards.
• Deliver warm, personalized, and professional service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstations.
• Handle cash, POS systems, and inventory monitoring.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages, blends, and brewing methods.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, caf , or high-end restaurant.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.
• Friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedules.
• Barista certification or specialty coffee training is an advantage.
