Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items while delivering an exceptional customer experience. A passion for coffee, attention to detail, and a friendly personality are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction at all times.

Beverage & Food Preparation:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

• Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.

• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality and hygiene standards.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment properly.

Store Operations:

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and work area.

• Monitor and restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed.

• Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
