Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and speciality drinks, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.

Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance for optimal performance.

Consistently deliver high-quality coffee products, paying attention to brewing, extraction times, and milk steaming techniques.

Create latte art and aesthetically pleasing presentations to enhance the visual appeal of the coffee beverages.

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders, track sales, and manage inventory.

Educate customers on different brewing methods, coffee types, and flavour profiles to enhance their coffee knowledge and enjoyment.

Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and courteously.
