Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and maintained at all times.
- Engage with guests warmly, offering recommendations and tailoring drinks to personal preferences.
- Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations as per resort and UAE hospitality standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock usage, and beverage inventory.
- Stay updated on new beverage trends, ingredients, and mixology techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality setting.
- Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic alternatives.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Passion for mixology, creativity, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a polished professional appearance.
