POSITION SUMMARY: 
 Coordinate the Training and Logistics support for other than conventional US Army units: Navy (NAVCENT) Marine Expeditionary Units MEU’s (FASTCENT, SPMAGTF), Coast Guard, Air Force, Special Ops, Allied and Host Nation Forces. Interfaces with ARCENT and ASG-Kuwait Components, Coalition, Allied, and Host Nation Forces within Area Support Group-Kuwait (ASG-KU) Area of Responsibility (AOR) across all activities, for all issues and activities requiring coordination or resources of; DoD Components. Pre-deployment, Reception, Integration/Staging, Sustainment, Life and Training Support, as well as Onward Movement of military personnel (Pre-Deployment/Re-Deployment Site Surveys, Training Equipment Set (TES), Field Maintenance Support Camps and Relieve in Place-Transfer of Authority working groups (PD/RDSS/RIP-TOA). Prepared to provide the incoming units a reception service; through full scale PDSS (when requested) and tailored to command, leadership and staff needs; desktop integration and orientation reception briefings; camp orientation meet and greet, windshield tours; In-processing Checklist and maps. Interfaces with ARCENT and ASG-Kuwait Components, Coalition, Allied, and Host Nation Forces within Area Support Group-Kuwait (ASG-KU) Area of Responsibility (AOR) across all activities, for all issues and activities requiring coordination or resources
 MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Coordinate the daily operations of the Section, requiring the full range of oversight of the Contract Support functions.
Coordinate and conducts briefings regarding training, life support and logistics resource information to US Allied Forces that are hosted by the USG.
Interfaces with ARCENT and ASG-Kuwait Components, Coalition, Allied, and Host Nation Forces within Area Support Group-Kuwait (ASG-KU) Area of Responsibility (AOR) across all activities, for all issues and activities requiring coordination or resources of; DoD Components, Host Nation Liaison Officer (LNO), Contractors, Directorates and Departments.
Coordinate and receive the operation plans and operation orders from BTSO Manager and ASG-KU.
Conduct Staff briefings and presentations.
Tracks status and prepares daily back briefs to the BTSO Manager and ASG-KU of all ongoing operations.
Prepares and analyzes: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports as required.
Supervises the scheduling of the Training Equipment Set (TES) for issue other than conventional US Army units: Navy (NAVCENT) Marine Expeditionary Units MEU’s (FASTCENT, SPMAGTF), Coast Guard, Air Force, Special Ops, Allied and Host Nation Forces conducting training events within the ASG-KU AOR.
Conduct short and long-range calendar planning.
Monitor Transportation Movement Release (TMR) and Maintenance Handling Equipment (MHE) request as requested by the customer other than conventional US Army units: Navy (NAVCENT) Marine Expeditionary Units MEU’s (FASTCENT, SPMAGTF), Coast Guard, Air Force, Special Ops, Allied and Host Nation Forces or as directed by ARCENT/ASG-KU.
Facilitate Tactical Vehicle Recovery in the ASG-KU AOR.
Provide templates for establishing unit accounts: TES, TSC, Class 1, MCT, etc.
Directs the collection, organization, and retention data, associated with mission support and integration function.
Must be detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy.
Possess a comprehensive background, with focus on equipment accountability and hand receipts.
 MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:  
Requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and the most related Office software applications.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.  Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations.  PPE includes, but is not limited to head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.  Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
 PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
 Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.  Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies. Must be physically capable of lifting 75 pounds a vertical distance of four feet and carrying this weight a horizontal distance of 25 feet.

Desired Candidate Profile

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in management or related field.
• Must be very proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word documents creation.
• Must be detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Possess a comprehensive background, with focus on equipment accountability and hand receipts.
• A valid home country driver s license and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator s License and Kuwait Driver s License.
• Must be able to maintain USG Network access privilege
EXPERIENCE:
• E-6/E-7 Non-Commissioned Officers preferred with prior military with Staff: Operational/Logistics experience.
• S-3 Operations experience; with emplacing of military mobile Tactical Operations Centers (TOC) and equipment, communications, Blue Force Tracker, etc.
• Work experience may be substituted for education: 10 years experience including 5 years of management experience.
• Experience at the Battalion, Brigade or Division Operations level, 1 (one) year or more.
• Graphics, illustrations and designs experience.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
All candidates must be in possession of current, active US secret clearances, at a minimum, a completed, current, and favorable NACI investigation in order to be eligible for consideration for this position. Candidates with current, active US secret clearances would satisfy this requirement.
