Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble Li-ion battery packs according to technical
specifications
Spot welding, soldering, and wiring of battery cells
Testing battery performance and ensuring quality standards
Identifying and troubleshooting assembly issues
Following safety procedures when handling lithium-ion cells
Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Experience in Li-ion battery assembly (power tools, e-bikes, or e-scooters)
Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) is a plus
Ability to use spot welding machines and basic
electrical tools
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Technical diploma or relevant experience preferred
