Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A Medical Beauty Therapist provides advanced skincare treatments under medical supervision, helping clients improve their skin health and appearance. The role combines clinical knowledge with aesthetic expertise to deliver safe, effective, and personalized treatments.
Perform professional skin assessments and consultations
Deliver facial and advanced skincare treatments (e.g., deep cleansing facials, chemical peels, hydrafacial, microneedling)
Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures when required
Operate medical-grade aesthetic devices (laser, IPL, RF, etc.) safely and effectively
Maintain strict hygiene and infection control standards
Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Ensure client comfort and provide excellent customer service
Stay updated with the latest skincare techniques and technologies
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum [1–3] years of experience in a medical or aesthetic clinic
Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments
Experience with laser devices and advanced treatments is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
