Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time (5 days per week, 8 hours per day)

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to client needs.

Supervise and train behavior therapists and RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and outcomes.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and DHCC standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Certification: BCBA or QBA (mandatory).

Language: Fluency in Arabic or native speaker & English proficiency preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ABA therapy preferred.

Gender: Female preferred; male candidates will also be considered.
