At LXR Hotels & Resorts, guest journeys begin the moment they arrive. As a Bell Desk Supervisor, you will lead the Bell team to ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, seamless assistance, and a truly memorable first and last impression of the hotel.

What will I be doing?

As Bell Desk Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise daily Bell Desk operations, ensuring the smooth handling of guest arrivals, departures, and luggage services.
  • Lead and motivate the Bell team to deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service at all times.
  • Oversee valet parking, transportation requests, and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain strong communication with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to support guest needs.
  • Train and develop team members, ensuring service standards are consistently upheld.
  • Manage scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring for the Bell team.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Ensure the Bell Desk area, equipment, and storage facilities are well maintained, safe, and organized.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the Front Office.


What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior Bell/Concierge role within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Good knowledge of the local area, attractions, and transportation options.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
