Roles & Responsibilities

Create an exceptional first and last impression: welcome guests at arrival, assist with luggage and transportation, and coordinate smooth lobby flow while upholding Royal M service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet arrivals, open doors, assist with luggage tagging, delivery, and room escort.
  • Handle departures: collect luggage, arrange trolleys, and coordinate transport.
  • Manage guest requests (taxis, directions, couriers, parcels); support valet/concierge as needed.
  • Maintain lobby/porte-coch re cleanliness and trolley readiness; report any safety hazards.
  • Record luggage in/out, storage tags, and time stamps; keep the logbook accurate.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, and Security for VIPs, groups, and events.
  • Practice safe manual handling and follow grooming, etiquette, and brand standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as Bellman/Doorman/Concierge runner in a 4/5-star hotel (preferred).

Friendly, proactive guest service with polished communication.

Physically fit; able to lift and move luggage safely.

Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Knowledge of Abu Dhabi attractions and transport options is advantageous.

Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Immediate joiners preferred.
