Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Bid Coordinator, you will work closely with technical, commercial, and leadership teams to ensure all tender submissions are compliant, compelling, and delivered on time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process for construction consultancy and project management tenders.
  • Review tender documents, identify submission requirements, and prepare bid plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to compile project methodologies, CVs, company profiles, and relevant experience.
  • Ensure all bid documentation is formatted, edited, and presented professionally in line with client requirements.
  • Maintain a database of project references, case studies, and proposal templates.
  • Assist in prequalification (PQ) submissions and registration with clients and government entities.
  • Track bid outcomes, feedback, and maintain a tender pipeline report.
  • Support marketing and business development efforts with proposal materials and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in bid coordination, tendering, or proposals within a construction consultancy or contracting environment in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong understanding of construction consultancy services (project management, cost consultancy, design management, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
