Roles & Responsibilities

  • Navigate urban landscapes swiftly and safely while adhering to traffic regulations, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Conduct pre-ride inspections of the bike to guarantee optimal performance and safety, addressing any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Manage delivery schedules efficiently, coordinating with dispatch to accommodate last-minute changes and customer requests.
  • Interact professionally with customers, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any concerns with a positive attitude.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or delivery management are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a delivery or courier role, preferably in a fast-paced urban environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; familiarity with local traffic laws and routes is essential.
  • Proficient in using navigation tools and smartphone applications to optimize delivery routes.
