Bike Rider - Collections Wareen International Trading LLC

Job Summary We are hiring a reliable Bike Rider for Collections & delivery with 1–3 years of UAE experience to handle safe and timely collection and delivery of cheques and related documents. The ideal candidate is well-versed with routes, follows traffic rules, and maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with clients.

Key Responsibilities Collect cheques and documents from clients/locations as per daily schedule Deliver cheques/documents to the office/bank/counterparty as required Ensure accurate handover, obtaining acknowledgements/signatures for every collection/delivery Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with care. Plan routes for efficient travel and timely completion of collections. Coordinate with the team for updates, location sharing, and changes in schedule Maintain a daily log of collections (client name, location, time, reference, status) Perform basic bike checks (fuel, tires, brakes, lights) and report any issues Maintain cleanliness of the bike and ensure documents are stored safely during transit Follow UAE traffic rules and company safety procedures at all times
