Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely navigate urban and suburban areas while adhering to traffic laws and regulations, ensuring a high standard of road safety.
  • Load and secure packages onto the bike efficiently to prevent damage and ensure timely deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with dispatch and customers via mobile devices, providing real-time updates on delivery status and any potential delays.
  • Maintain the bike in excellent working condition through regular inspections and immediate reporting of any mechanical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, showcasing a commitment to education and personal development.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in delivery or courier services, demonstrating familiarity with the role and its challenges.
  • Valid driver's license or bike license as per local regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in using GPS and mapping applications for route planning, enhancing navigation skills.
