Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for both English and Arabic audiences

  • plan various strategies to bring new business through social media marketing.

  • Create, translate, and adapt engaging content tailored to each language and market

  • Manage and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X

  • Ensure tone, messaging, and visuals are culturally appropriate for both audiences

  • Monitor comments and messages in English and Arabic, ensuring timely responses

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms

  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and native platform insights

  • Conduct competitor analysis in regional and international markets

  • Stay updated on social media trends in both English-speaking and Arabic-speaking markets

  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, showcasing a strong academic foundation.

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing within a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social for performance tracking.

  • Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
