Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare and structure Bill of Quantity (BoQ) for landscaping and construction projects • Develop detailed lists of work volumes, labor, and material requirements • Provide accurate cost estimation and market rates for works and materials • Support tender documentation, bids, and commercial proposals • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / BoQ Specialist in construction or landscaping • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, pricing methods, and tender processes • Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, or cost management software • Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to data • English proficiency for communication on international projects
