Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities Prepare customer invoices and billing documents accurately and timely. Ensure billing is processed as per company policies and approved documents. Verify quantities, prices, and supporting documents before invoicing. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments regarding billing matters. Maintain proper filing and records of invoices and related documents. Assist in resolving basic billing discrepancies. Perform other clerical and administrative tasks related to billing operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce / Accounting. Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing procedures. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and computer operations. ERP knowledge will be an advantage. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and handle routine tasks efficiently. Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply.
