Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
-
Partner with office and site-based project teams to gather and validate information and supporting documentation for invoice preparation.

Create, review, and submit accurate invoices in compliance with contractual terms, client requirements, and company policies.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date invoicing records to support internal and external audits.
-
Manage and update the invoices log to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
-
Generate and present weekly and monthly invoice status reports to management.

Reconcile invoicing records with project financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate with finance, contracts, and project control teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies.
Desired Candidate Profile
What You'll Be Doing:
-
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
-
At least 3 years of experience in invoicing or accounting, preferably within the engineering, construction or project management sectors with major governmental and private clients in Abu Dhabi.

Strong understanding of invoicing processes, financial documentation, and basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems (experience with Oracle or similar platforms is an advantage).

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders (Arabic language proficiency is preferred).

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
