Billing Engineer (Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor)

We are hiring an experienced Billing Engineer with strong post contract quantity surveying exposure in steel fabrication and structural steel projects in UAE.

Prepare monthly client billing based on site measurements and approved drawings
Prepare interim and final payment applications
Measure steel tonnage fabrication painting galvanizing and erection quantities
Maintain BOQ quantity control and reconciliation
Prepare variation submissions and commercial justifications
Prepare final account statements and project close out reports
Verify subcontractor measurements and payment claims
Prepare subcontractor payment certificates and cost reconciliation
Track material quantities against issued drawings
Monitor project cost versus approved budget
Prepare cost comparison and profitability reports
Support project manager in financial forecasting
Coordinate with client consultant and project team for billing approval
Attend commercial and progress meetings when required
Follow up for certification and payment status
Maintain billing trackers and commercial registers
Support internal audits and management reporting
Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures
